As most of the jewelry is made to order, all orders are subject to availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order (not including shipping time). Please note that custom orders and orders in 10k gold can take longer.

All US orders are shipped insured via UPS and require signature for delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Fees per order are as follows:
Ground: $10
3 Day: $15
2 Day: $20
Next Day Saver: $50
International orders (including Canadian orders) are shipped insured via USPS priority international for $25. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Return Policy:
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. Please email returns@arielgordonjewelry.com to notify us of your return before you send it back. Items must be insured and in their original condition.
