Shipping
As most of the jewelry is made to order, all orders are subject to availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order (not including shipping time). Please note that custom orders and engraved orders can take longer.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please email info@arielgordonjewelry.com to confirm that the item is in stock. Ordering with expedited shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately.

All engraved items are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
All birthstone rings are made to order and can take up to 1 week to ship.
All silk bracelets are made to order and can take up to 1 week to ship.
All custom order and personalized pieces are final sale.
All US orders are shipped insured via UPS and require signature for delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Fees per order are as follows:
Ground: $10
3 Day: $15
2 Day: $20
Next Day Saver: $50
International orders (including Canadian orders) are shipped insured via USPS priority international for $25. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Return Policy
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. Please email returns@arielgordonjewelry.com to notify us of your return before you send it back. Items must be insured and in their original condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Only one coupon can be used per transaction. All orders purchased using a discount code or coupon are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you need to return an item that you purchased with a coupon code, we will gladly offer you store credit so that you can find the perfect replacement.

All custom and personalized pieces (engraved items, dual birthstone rings, silk bracelets) are made to order and are thus final sale.
Repairs
If an item is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, we'll be happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear. If after extended wear you would like us to repair your jewelry, please email returns@arielgordonjewelry.com to discuss the fee. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
