Like so many of our favorite AGJ pieces, the idea for our Travel Jewelry Case came from Ariel wanting to solve a problem in her own life. She travels a lot and she travels with a lot of jewelry. For years, that meant a mix of little pouches, boxes and Ziploc bags tucked into her suitcase. IYKYK. There had to be a better way...so Ariel set out to design one.
She started by thinking about how she actually packs: not just a few pieces, but necklaces, bracelets, earrings, charms and stacks she can mix and match throughout a trip. Every detail was considered, from individual snap pouches and dedicated ring and earring bars to zippered compartments that keep everything organized and protected.
Then came the fun part: materials, proportions and color. Ariel worked through prototypes, measured hardware and pored over endless swatches to land on combinations that felt distinctly AGJ—functional, thoughtful and never boring. And, naturally, she finished it with a gold heart charm on the zipper.
The result? A travel case with eight individual snap pouches, a large zippered pouch, a secure ring bar and a dedicated earring bar, giving every piece its own place and helping prevent the dreaded necklace tangle. The interior is also lined with our signature Anti-Tarnish Lusterloc fabric, designed to help protect your jewelry while it's tucked away.
