Ariel's Summer Travel DiaryFrom a concert in Amsterdam to roaming the streets of Paris with no agenda. Will travel for Taylor. |
For the first time since we've had kids (almost 10 years), my husband Alex and I got to enjoy a true capital V VACATION together. Just the two of us for 11 glorious days. Big shout out to grandparents / aunties for making it possible. We used the premise of a Taylor Swift concert in Amsterdam as the motivation for us to get our act together and just do it.
Jet lagged don't care.
The canals in Amsterdam are the cutest.
Hot off the press. Stroop waffle me
I was obsessed with all the gorgeous flowers growing out of teensy little cracks. Look at this Hollyhock that is basically a weed that is taller than me!
Obligatory bike riding around town. Basically locals.
En route to TAYLOR SWIFT! (Alex borrowed a few of my friendship bracelets so he would fit in).
Made my dorky clear concert plastic purse cooler with an AGJ x Honestly WTF Knotty Rope purse strap + charm.
No notes. The hype is real. Taylor for President.

Then off to PARIS (one of my favorite cities in the world)
Tourist vibes.
Merci.
We cute in Saint Germain
A very tasty lunch and mega Ellsworth Kelly exhibit at the Fondation Louis Vuitton.
Afternoon snacking.
Love me some Palais-Royal.
Long live the roast chicken and ratatouille at a no-name, most delicious corner bistro.
Did you know the Olympics are in Paris this year?
Gotta get the burger at Ralph's.
Fin.
